i found the staff very attentive, they helped with directions. the room included a safe, i appreciate that. i liked having a mini fridge, it was useful. the shower had a rainforest head, it.

there was some noise from nearby bars at night, it did go on quite late.

the room included fresh bedding and towels every day. complimentary soaps were a plus. a full length mirror was available, so useful for getting ready, and i liked the desk with tea and coffee.

the location is near bars and clubs, a stone's throw. it is a ten minute walk to the cavern district. i also easily reached the three graces, walker gallery, and pierhead for beatles tours.

the rooms are big and modern, i liked that. a safe is inside each room, it offers security. the shower has a rainforest head, so relaxing. the beds are comfy with great pillows.

the staff always helps if required, i felt safe. they have great local knowledge if you want to visit somewhere. i rarely need anything, but they always seem happy to assist with a smile.

noise issues are real

loud musicpoor insulation

the noise was unbearable. a disco bar was right next to the hotel, and the music played all night long. i barely got any sleep because of that. street noise i expected, but this was inside the building. plus, no air conditioning, just a desk fan. the room was stuffy, and the window only opened a crack. i find the hotel have poor insulation.
